Live · v2, August 2026

The problem. Drug-policy transitions are argued from whichever dimension the arguer cares about — health, or crime, or revenue — and the dimensions that were not measured quietly become the ones that did not matter.
What it does. Builds a source-anchored evidence record across six dimensions for a given drug-policy or regulatory transition, so a claim about one dimension can be read against what is and is not documented in the others.
Built on. A Next.js application on Vercel.
What it does not establish. It organises published evidence. It does not generate findings, and an absence of evidence in a dimension is recorded as an absence rather than as a null result.
This record is generated from the same inventory as the complete build index: the production URL was checked at the last regeneration, and the status line above repeats what the build reports about itself rather than restating an intention.
