What I noticed

Real Chemistry publicly evidenced substantial analytics, communications, access, media, and growth capabilities, but its public materials did not establish the exact upstream workflow used to identify and govern prospective-account signals. That was treated as an internally unknown question—not as proof that no such capability exists.

What I researched

The proposal used permitted public sources to map Real Chemistry's visible capabilities, the neuropsychiatry opportunity environment, source-permission constraints, evidence tiers, human review gates, and the operating decisions required for an eight-week pilot.

What exists

An independently initiated proposal package: a role-aware interactive decision room, illustrative score, source-permission explorer, proposed eight-week execution model, executive brief, report, and meeting deck.

Who it serves

Growth, strategy, analytics, business-development, legal, privacy, and executive reviewers evaluating whether to authorize a governed public-source pilot.

What it demonstrates

Public-source organizational diligence, opportunity sensing, evidence and rights governance, human-reviewed scoring, proposal architecture, executive communication, and the conversion of research into a decision-ready interactive system.

Current evidence

The system is a public-source proposal prepared independently for discussion with Real Chemistry. It is not commissioned work, a representation of Real Chemistry's internal systems, or a statement that publicly unverified capabilities do not exist. It excludes internal, client-confidential, patient-level, licensed-restricted, and other nonpublic information.

Verified build record

What is actually running, and what it is not.

ProposalProposal · independently initiated, not commissioned or adopted

The problem. Identifying the moment a scientific or regulatory situation turns is a judgement call made repeatedly and rarely written down, which makes it impossible to audit and impossible to hand over.

What it does. Sets out an interactive public-source decision room for a proposed pilot: the timeline, research universe, account portfolio and governance workflow it would use.

Built on. A static interactive site on Vercel with downloadable brief, report, deck and research registers.

What it does not establish. Proposed scope, not pilot results. It was not commissioned, authorised, reviewed, approved, endorsed or adopted by the organisation it addresses.

This record is generated from the same inventory as the complete build index: the production URL was checked at the last regeneration, and the status line above repeats what the build reports about itself rather than restating an intention.
