What I noticed
People often know that certain rooms, routines, sounds, lighting conditions, or levels of stimulation affect how they feel, but those observations remain anecdotal and difficult to compare. Generic wellness and décor advice also tends to prescribe a supposedly ideal environment rather than helping a person examine patterns in their own experience.
What I researched
The experience models sensory inputs—including light, sound, scent, clutter, routine, and optional cannabis context—alongside self-reported states such as calm, focus, creativity, sleep, and overstimulation. It uses a sensory profile, repeated moment logs, cautious association language, single-variable experiments, and four environment blueprints while keeping preview data in the user's browser.

Current evidence
The live research preview verifies the sensory-profile flow, local-device storage design, moment logging, rules-based pattern language, four blueprint concepts, optional cannabis input, research page, privacy explanation, and safety disclaimers. Its outputs are self-reflection prompts based on user-entered associations—not diagnoses, causal findings, treatment recommendations, or proof that an environmental change improves a health condition. The displayed testimonial is explicitly a composite illustration, and the beta, wait-list, and future service claims require separate fulfillment review.

The problem. Advice about environment and routine arrives as universal prescription, when the thing that varies most is the person — and there is rarely any mechanism for someone to find out whether a change actually did anything for them.
What it does. Runs a five-minute sensory profile, then structures a loop the site states plainly as association, then hypothesis, then test: record the environment, the starting state, how it felt, and optional product context, and let the patterns accumulate across entries rather than asserting an effect up front.
Built on. A single-file, dependency-free browser application served as a static site from Vercel, with a research dossier held alongside it.
What it does not establish. A research preview with a waitlist, not a released platform. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic, and it makes no clinical claim.
