What I noticed
Emerging-therapeutics compliance education can age quickly and often teaches rules without the institutional logic behind rulemaking, enforcement, agency comments, filing review, or federal-state conflict. Practitioners and operators need a method for returning to controlling sources and identifying what an agency is actually responding to—not merely another static overview.
What I researched
