What it does. Runs a programme and decision scan across scheduling, recovery, safeguarding, environment, athlete voice and escalation, then produces an owned action register and a 90-day governance roadmap with named responsibility and an independent response and review path.
Built on. A static browser application with local persistence, plus privacy and terms pages, served from Vercel.
What it does not establish. Issue-spotting for a governance conversation. Not a safeguarding audit and not a clinical or legal determination.
